Repurposing and recycling textiles has played a big role in inspiring a new collection.

Vintage chenille starfish pillows served as the backbone of my branding during my outdoor market days right on the Port of Ilwaco. Some private commissions came right from the boat docks.

It all started with two chenille coverlets that I couldn’t sell at a garage sale. I was surprised that no one wanted them for the $5.00 I was asking. The wheels started turning, and thus, the starfish pillows were born. Out of their popularity, I had been gifted many cherished heirlooms that had long served their purpose.
